Usui Shiki Ryoho Reiki

This ancient Tibetan/Japanese healing technique also aides in relaxation by tapping into Source vibration to release and transmute stressful energy from the outside world and your personal life.

​This fun and effective method allows you to release deeply trapped emotions through tapping areas on your face, upper body and hands.
Reformatting is a method I developed in the 1980's which allows us to go back to a previously painful memory and consciously alter it to change the energy produced by it.
By creating a win-win situation in a past memory, old patterns, beliefs and mind-sets can be transmuted which allows us to move more gracefully into the lives we choose to live.
